Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 3D Print Machine's website and services. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

3D Print Machine provides custom 3D printing (FDM, SLA, and SLS technologies) and 3D modeling services. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders for prohibited items (see Section 7).

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon your acceptance of a written quote and payment of any required deposit. Full payment is due before shipment or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our site.

3. Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change with fluctuations in material costs, energy costs, or other factors. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with your order.

4. Your Files & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all 3D files, designs, and other materials you upload or share with us. By submitting files, you represent and warrant that you have the right to reproduce and print the submitted designs, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We will not share, sell, or use your files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

5. Print Tolerances

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process with inherent dimensional tolerances. Typical tolerances are ±0.2–0.5 mm depending on technology, material, and geometry. We are not liable for fit or function issues arising from standard print tolerances unless specific tolerance requirements are agreed upon in writing before printing begins.

6. Refunds & Reprints

If a print fails due to our error (equipment failure, incorrect material, incorrect settings), we will reprint your order at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds on orders that were printed correctly according to an approved design and specification.

If you believe your order was printed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Prohibited Items

We will not print the following:

• Firearms, firearm components, or accessories regulated by law
• Items that infringe on third-party trademarks or copyrights
• Counterfeit goods or deceptive replicas
• Items intended for illegal use
• Any items whose manufacture or possession is prohibited under federal, state, or local law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Print Machine's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your order or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
